Soundboks party speakers are among our favorites for their rugged design and great sound, and the Danish audio brand is dropping a new, more portable model. The Rider boasts the same durable design as its larger speakers, but packed into a smaller, 14-pound package. It’s available now for $599.
While most party speakers pack features like flashy LED lights, Soundboks keeps it simple — the design is basic, but it prioritizes durability and portability. The speaker has an IP66 rating, protecting it against water and dust, and each corner has a rubberized bumper that protects it and your floors from damage.
