New Fortnite Star Wars Skin Requires a Visit to Disneyland to Unlock

Fortnite and Disney are once again collaborating to bring more Star Wars content to the game, but this time around, the cosmetics are even more exclusive. Epic Games revealed Fortnite's Forsworn Trooper skin and how to get it this weekend, which will require players to visit Galaxy's Edge.
Fans who visit the Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run attraction — currently at two Disney parks — will be eligible to get the Forsworn Trooper skin in Fortnite. They can also play the Smugglers Gambit creative island in Fortnite to to get a free franchise loading screen.
The Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run attraction is available at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, and Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Before taking the ride, Fortnite players need to access their Disneyland or MyDisney app and accept a mission from Hondo Ohnaka. The app will then detect that they're on the ride and mark their account as eligible for the Fortnite reward.
If players link their MyDisney and Epic Games accounts, they will receive the Forsworn Trooper skin when they next log into Fortnite. Those who aren't able to receive in-game rewards for whatever reason will receive an email with a code for the skin. But there's a big catch: According to TVS_Yarin on X, the skin is region-locked and can only be claimed by accounts from Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Accounts from other regions won't be able to get the skin, regardless of whether the user attempts to claim it through connecting their accounts or redeeming the code. This is unfortunate, as not all fans who visit the park will be able to get the free skin.
At home, players can join the Smugglers Gambit island in Fortnite and help Ohnaka in order to claim a free loading screen. To play Smugglers Gambit, they must enter the island code 7474-2686-2725 in the Discover tab. Those who've visited the park can then head to Hondo's docking bay to speak to him and initiate his quest. It is unknown when any of these offers will expire, so those who are eligible should claim them as soon as they can.
Whether fans are able to visit a Disney park or not, everyone can tune into a Fortnite livestream on Twitch from Aug. 16 until Aug. 21 to claim Smugglers Gambit rewards. All players need to do is watch a Fortnite content creator in the Drops Enabled category. They will receive the At Your Service! spray after watching streams for 15 minutes, and the Hunk of Junk emoticon after 30 minutes.
This is just one of the many collaborations between Fortnite and Disney, which will only grow in the future, thanks to Disney's massive $1.5 billion investment in Epic Games.
